Guanacaste Property

Guanacaste is a province in the northwestern part of Costa Rica which is bordered by Nicaragua to the north and the Pacific Ocean to the west. The capital of the province is Liberia. The beaches of Guanacaste are breathtaking and a popular retreat for North American tourists during the northern winter. The climate is unique with little rain during November to April and a dry heat. The local pre Columbian inhabitants are well known for their exceptionally fine pottery. A lucrative slave trade was established during the first two decades of the Spanish Conquest. This resulted in a heavy decimation of the local population.

Because of the regions spring like weather all year round it is a very sought after investment area. With the sunshine, the pristine beaches and the closeness to unspoiled rainforest it is a tropical paradise that offers something for everybody.
